Mobile caravan valeting across Leicestershire, with careful cleaning from £70
A professional caravan valet starts from £70 and comes to the vehicle, whether it is parked at home, in a storage compound or on a holiday park. Caravan Cleaning Services covers Leicestershire and suitable bookings across the East Midlands, using low-pressure pure water and soft brushes rather than a pressure washer on bodywork. It is a practical option when winter grime, road film or a well-used interior has turned a simple clean into a job you keep putting off.
Choose the right caravan valet for its condition and how you use it
We assess the vehicle type, length, condition, parking place and the result you want before confirming the work. You can book exterior cleaning, an interior add-on or a deeper first visit, with a confirmed price before the appointment.
Exterior valeting for touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans
An exterior valet removes road film, algae, bird mess, insects and mud from agreed areas such as the roof, body panels, windows and wheels. It works well before a holiday, after a long journey or before storage. See caravan cleaning for the wider service.
Exterior and interior valeting for a complete seasonal refresh
Exterior and interior valeting suits a vehicle that needs attention on both sides of the door. Alongside the outside wash, interior work can include vacuuming, wiping accessible surfaces and cleaning agreed kitchen, washroom, seating or floor areas.
You choose the parts that need doing. There is little point paying to clean an unused oven when the real battle is muddy flooring and biscuit crumbs in every seat gap.
First-time deep cleaning for heavily soiled or long-stored vehicles
A first-time deep clean is for heavier build-up that cannot be dealt with properly during a maintenance wash. Green growth around trims, neglected roof dirt, stained surfaces and a dusty interior all take more time.
Recent photographs help us assess the work and quote accurately.
Static caravan valeting carried out safely on the pitch
A static caravan is cleaned on its pitch and is never moved by Caravan Cleaning Services. We consider access, decking, nearby pitches and safe working space before confirming the booking.
See static caravan cleaning for details specific to holiday homes and park locations.
What is included in our mobile caravan valeting service?
The quotation sets out exactly what is included for your vehicle and its condition.
Low-pressure pure-water washing with soft brushes
We clean caravan and motorhome bodywork with low-pressure pure water and soft brushes. This gives better control around seals, windows, vents, decals and trim.
It may take a little more care than blasting the side from a distance, but caravan panels are not a patio.
Roof, bodywork, windows, wheels and accessible exterior surfaces
Exterior work can cover the roof, front and rear panels, sides, windows, wheels, lockers and other agreed accessible surfaces. Cleaning cannot erase every scratch, patch of oxidation or permanent stain, so we explain likely limits before work begins.
Interior vacuuming, surface cleaning and upholstery care
Interior valeting can include vacuuming, surface wiping and selected upholstery care. The scope depends on the condition and the materials involved.
Owners of larger leisure vehicles can also view motorhome cleaning and campervan cleaning for service-specific information.
Awning cleaning, reproofing and ceramic protection
Awnings can be cleaned and reproofed where the fabric and condition are suitable. Visit awning cleaning for more information.
For prepared exterior surfaces, ceramic coating offers a longer-lasting protective option that can make later maintenance easier. It does not make a vehicle self-cleaning, sadly. Rain remains rain, not a valet team.
Why we never use a pressure washer on caravan bodywork
A caravan has joints, flexible sealant, decals and acrylic windows. A concentrated jet can put force exactly where it is least welcome, so our controlled method avoids firing water at vulnerable edges and fittings.
Powerful jets can disturb mastic and force water towards joints
Mastic helps seal many fittings and joins. High pressure can disturb weakened material or push water towards gaps and edges.
We provide cleaning only. We do not test seals or diagnose leaks, so our method is designed to avoid creating extra strain in these areas.
High pressure can lift decals and mark acrylic windows
Older graphics may already be loose at the edges. Acrylic windows can also be marked or crazed by unsuitable treatment.
Soft brushes and controlled water flow give us more control over where force is applied.
Caravan valeting prices and guide costs
All figures below are from guide prices. The confirmed quote depends on vehicle type, length, condition, location, access and the services selected. Our prices page gives the current overview.
Touring caravan and motorhome exterior valet prices
A touring caravan exterior valet starts from £70–£85.
A motorhome exterior valet starts from £90–£120. Motorhomes above 7.5 metres are priced on application because extra length and height affect the work involved.
Interior, deep-clean and protection prices
An interior valeting add-on starts from £35–£60.
A first-time deep clean starts from £240–£325.
Awning cleaning and reproofing starts from £60–£75+.
Ceramic coating starts from £250–£550, with preparation and vehicle size affecting the quote.
Storage compound and holiday park trade prices
Suitable multi-vehicle washes for storage compounds, dealerships and holiday parks start from £30–£45 per vehicle. Numbers, access, condition and scheduling all affect the final rate.
Mobile caravan valeting at homes, storage compounds and holiday parks
Caravan Cleaning Services is mobile-only. We attend the vehicle at a suitable home address, storage site or holiday park, so there is no need to tow or drive it somewhere simply for cleaning.
Appointments where water or electricity access is limited
Many storage compounds offer little or no access to water and electricity. CaSSOA, the Caravan Storage Site Owners' Association, has more than 500 accredited sites across the UK. Tell us what is available so we can confirm whether the mobile set-up suits the job and site rules.
Valeting at storage sites and suitable compounds
Wagtail Caravan Storage in Diseworth is CaSSOA Platinum-accredited. It is about 10 minutes from M1 junction 24 and roughly 3 minutes from the A42.
Caravan & Castle in Leicester is CaSSOA Gold-accredited and has held accreditation since 2008.
Owners must check that the site allows visiting contractors. See storage site valeting for compound and trade bookings.
Static caravans remain on their pitch
A static caravan stays exactly where it is. We do not tow, shift or reposition it. Park rules, decking and space around the unit are considered at quote stage.

Wagtail's Diseworth location is close to two main routes through North West Leicestershire and it holds CaSSOA Platinum accreditation.

Looking for motorhome valeting near me?
Motorhome size, height and cab shape can change the work involved.
Mobile valeting for motorhomes and campervans
We clean motorhomes and campervans at suitable homes, storage sites and other agreed locations. Exterior, interior or combined services can be quoted.
Pricing based on length, condition and access
A taller or longer vehicle has more surface area. Heavy road film takes longer than light dust, and a tight parking space can restrict access.
Send the approximate length and clear photographs. For motorhomes above 7.5 metres, pricing is on application.
When should you book a caravan valet?
Most owners book around travel and storage.
Before the first trip or after winter storage
A pre-season valet clears the film, algae and dirt left during storage. It also means you can start packing without first spending a weekend wrestling with a roof brush.
After long journeys, coastal stays or muddy pitches
Motorway insects, road grime, mud and coastal deposits can cling to the outside. Cleaning after a busy trip prevents that layer becoming next season's starting point.
Before returning the caravan to storage
A clean exterior is easier to inspect and avoids leaving months of grime beneath a cover. Interior cleaning can also remove crumbs and everyday mess before the doors stay shut for a long period.
What our caravan valeting service does not include
Caravan Cleaning Services provides cleaning and valeting only. Clear limits help you book the right trade for the job.
No repairs, damp work or resealing
We do not carry out bodywork or mechanical repairs. We do not diagnose or treat damp, investigate leaks, remove or replace sealant, or reseal joints.
We also do not provide scrapping, disposal, sales or valuations.
If cleaning reveals damage or a possible maintenance issue, we can point it out, but you will need an appropriate specialist to assess it.
Caravan valeting for storage sites, dealerships and holiday parks
Multi-vehicle valeting is available for suitable commercial sites.
Regular compound and park washing programmes
Planned visits can be arranged around site access, vehicle numbers and seasonal demand. The work included and expected condition are agreed in advance.
Trade rates for multiple caravans or motorhomes
Trade washes start from £30–£45 per vehicle. The final rate depends on volume, vehicle type, condition and how efficiently the vehicles can be accessed.
Presentation cleaning for displays and handovers
We can discuss cleaning before displays, handovers or seasonal openings. This is presentation valeting only and does not include repairs, sales work or valuations.
How to request a caravan valeting quote
A clear quote starts with the right details.
Send the postcode, vehicle type and approximate length
Tell us whether the vehicle is a touring caravan, motorhome, campervan or static caravan. Include its approximate length and the postcode where it is parked.
Include recent photographs and access details
Send clear photographs of the exterior and any interior areas you want cleaned. Mention storage-site rules, gates, height limits, decking, tight parking and whether water or electricity is available.
Receive a confirmed scope and price before the appointment
We use those details to confirm what will be cleaned and what it will cost. All published prices are from guide prices, with the final amount agreed at quote stage.
Frequently asked questions about caravan valeting
How much does a caravan valet cost?
A touring caravan exterior valet starts from £70–£85. A motorhome exterior valet starts from £90–£120. An interior add-on starts from £35–£60, and a first-time deep clean starts from £240–£325. Your final price is confirmed after we assess the vehicle, location and requested work.
Do you offer exterior and interior valeting separately?
Yes. You can book an exterior valet, an interior add-on or both. The quote lists the agreed tasks.
Can you valet a caravan at a storage compound?
Yes, provided the site permits visiting contractors and there is enough safe working space. Check with the site first, then send us its name and postcode.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
Not for every booking. Tell us what is available and we will confirm whether the appointment is suitable for our mobile set-up.
Can you clean a static caravan on its pitch?
Yes. We clean a static caravan on its pitch and never move it.
Do you use a pressure washer?
Not on caravan, motorhome or campervan bodywork. We use low-pressure pure water and soft brushes to work carefully around joints, mastic, decals and acrylic windows.
How long does a mobile caravan valet take?
It depends on the size, condition and package. A regular exterior clean takes less time than a deep clean or combined interior and exterior valet. We give a practical time window when confirming the booking.
Can you remove upholstery stains and odours?
Some stains and odours can be reduced or removed, but results depend on the cause, age and material. Send photographs and describe the problem so we can give a realistic answer before booking.
Which areas do you cover outside Leicestershire?
Suitable bookings may be available in Nottingham, Sheffield, Hull, Milton Keynes and around Skegness, Ingoldmells and Mablethorpe. Coverage is confirmed from the postcode.
