• Session cookies (find_professionals_session, XSRF-TOKEN) — keep your quote-form session working and protect the forms from abuse. Essential; they expire after about two hours.

Cookies set by services we use

• Hotjar (_hjSession, _hjSessionUser) — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps that show us where the site confuses people.
• Google Places — powers the town and postcode suggestions in our quote form. It runs only when you type into that field.

We do not run advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.
