These terms apply when you ask Caravan Cleaning Services (caravancleaningservices.co.uk) to quote for or carry out cleaning or valeting work. Booking a clean means you accept them.

What we do — and what we don't

We provide mobile cleaning and valeting for touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, static caravans and awnings, along with ceramic coating and trade washing for storage sites and holiday parks.

We provide cleaning only. We do not carry out repairs, damp treatment, resealing, disposal, sales or valuations. If we see something during a clean that needs a specialist, we will tell you.

How we clean

We do not use pressure washers on caravan bodywork. Exteriors are cleaned with low-pressure pure water and soft brushes. This is a deliberate limitation: pressure washing can drive water past mastic seals, lift decals and damage older acrylic windows.

Where a caravan is in poor enough condition that cleaning could make something worse — failing seals, lifting decals, crazed windows, previous poor repairs — we will say so and may decline to clean that area rather than risk it.

Quotes

Quotes are prepared from the photos and details you send. Touring caravan exterior valets are priced from £70 to £85; motorhome exterior valets from £90 to £120; interior add-ons from £35 to £60; first-time deep cleans from £240 to £325; awning cleaning and reproofing from £60 to £75+; ceramic coating from £250 to £550; and storage or compound trade washes from £30 to £45 per wash. Your exact price depends on size, condition and access, and is confirmed before you book.

Your side of the deal: accurate photos

Your quote is only as good as the information behind it. Send clear photos including any problem areas, and tell us about anything that affects the work — heavy black streaking, green growth, damaged seals, previous repairs, or difficult access. If the caravan turns out to be materially different from what you described, we may need to re-quote on the day.

Access, water and power

We bring our own water and equipment. You need the right to have the caravan cleaned and, where it stands on a park, storage compound or private land, permission for us to access it. Some sites restrict contractors or require their own paperwork — please check before booking. Someone should be contactable on the day.

Cancellation

If you need to move or cancel a booked clean, tell us as soon as you can. Where we have already travelled to site or incurred genuine costs, we may charge for those; otherwise there is no cancellation fee.

Liability

We carry out cleaning with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage — failed or perished mastic, previously lifted decals, crazed or clouded acrylic, earlier repairs, or water ingress that was already present — provided we have exercised reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
